Submission of the membership subscription
fee ($80.00) begins. $16 for retired members. Payment can be made
by the following ways:
1 . in a crossed cheque payable to "Hong Kong Laboratory
Technicians' Association".
2 . in cash, deposit into the bank account of the HKLTA ( Current
account in Hang Seng Bank with number 286-209481-001 )
3 . please mail the cheque or the receipt from the bank, marked
with your name and membership number on the back, to the P.O. box
of our association:

In order to tender better services, our committee member will
make a call to you for any changes in personal information. Thank
you for your co-operation.
Members can also fill up and mail/fax the "Personal data
renewal form" to the association so that we need not call
you. The data will be saved up in our record for internal usage
and kept secret. Thank you for your co-operation.
